exactly the amount of people who end up with serious respiratory problems and wished they had given up ,one of my relatives had emphysema it took him 20 years to die he had to sleep upright on the couch with an oxygen bottle and mask and could walk anywhere and not be out of breath |

It would be easier saying what I do like however here goes.
Arrogance.
Aggression.
Loud.
Racism.
Narcissistic personality's.
Sycophants.
Rudeness, lacking manners.
Dishonesty.
Bad hygiene.
People who don't listen to your answer when they ask you a question or start a conversation with someone else mid sentence with you.
Intolerance and homophobia.
Vanity.
Smokers.
Bad breath.
Chavs.
Back to dishonesty, lying and unfaithfulness is really one of my biggest things,if you can't be honest and upfront from the outset then things are doomed.
Look there's an old saying"beggers can't be choosers"
But if I retain my dignity and stand by my principles ,if this means I Go without then so be it.
I have a beautiful wife whome I love dearly and we have good regular sex,so perhaps I can be overly fussy, trust me I'm no oil painting and my opinion may change if I was single.
Even then the same things would turn me off.
I would say loud, aggressive,rude, racists liar's would be my idea of hell.
I think I'm with you there.. apart from the smoking part.. as I am one. I know it's bad an unattractive.. I keep attempting to quit, but quitting isn't easy.just look at the pics of what it does to your lungs its not now its later you'll regret it
Smoking is in my top five most unattractive qualities. Yuk. exactly the amount of people who end up with serious respiratory problems and wished they had given up ,one of my relatives had emphysema it took him 20 years to die he had to sleep upright on the couch with an oxygen bottle and mask and could walk anywhere and not be out of breath "
I had an Uncle similar to that, he couldn’t breath or get upstairs, plus I watched my parents smoke heavy until 1986 when they quit! They never looked back after they quit and died in their 80s which may not have been the case if they had continued smoking |

Why is it unattractive if people do not smoke? Some people are attracted to a smoker

I didn't say non-smokers were unattractive, I completely understand that some non-smokers find smoking unattractive. That makes total sense. Not what i was getting at. I meant the Non-smokers who lecture whenever the subject is brought up. It's an addiction, it's not easy to stop it. Judgement doesn't make it any easier to quit. Some people find it easier than others, some can never stop.. despite all the warnings.. or even a life altering illness.
I don't judge fat people for their food addiction.. I don't whittle on about diets and diabetes whenever food is brought up as a topic.
Incidentally, the amount of people who have "Won't meet smokers" On their profiles, yet contact me, or other smokers is odd.
Another societal norm developing by any chance? In Public on Fab 90% (totally made up figure) won't meet smokers.. Yet 50% (again totally made up) seem to be fine with that in private.
Provided I'm attractive/Well endowed/intelligent/respectable/charming-enough to satisfy them.

I know I rattle on.. but it's usually trying to express something multi-layered and complex when I do.. or I'm telling a story.
If it's silly like the other night and I'm in a thread where we are playing off one another's wit.. I keep it short and sweet.
I like writing for myself.. I don't expect or care if it's read. A get a few private messages based on what I've said sometimes..
Probably not as many as others get about me behind my back though Good job I'm not fussed about it |

For me a huge no-no is people who are bigoted and/or judgemental! Sadly that’s a hell of a lot of people both on and off fab!
I can be getting on great with someone and the topic of immigration, homosexuality, tv’s/ts or greedy girls etc comes up and occasionally they’ll come out with comments so ignorant or, occasionally, downright vitriolic that I just have to walk away! |
