Who is up at the crack of dawn tomorrow to watch the Wales Ireland game, which could turn out to be a great match. As a Welshman I'd love to Wales go through but I won't be heartbroken if we loose. I will however be going back to bed for the England France game |

I will be taping Ireland to watch after England.
It doesn't bother me if they discuss the result during that match, I'm not fussed!
Oh and Fabio, I thought you were of American-English heritage, not Irish? |

Well done the boyo's, they'll be a match for anyone if they keep that intensity up.
And with Hooky probably back for the semi's we should get more points from the kicks.

Woke up early so decided to watch the Wales/Ireland match. Have to say that Wales looked impressive. The Irish were up for it but they were simply outclassed. An Irish try exposed holes in the Welsh defence though so it wasn't as convincing a win as it could have been.
About to watch my beloved Eng-er-lund take on the Froggies. |

Looking at the SF draw, if we beat the French it's Wales next weekend.
With NZ ranked No.1, RSA ranked No.2 and Aus ranked No.3 I'm just thankful we're not in that half of the draw lol |

Its a simple game....deny the French the ball....and voila`....
France are mercurial, and on their day can beat anyone..
A good confident French are stuffing us...

"Good game - well done Wales but think this is as far as you'll go
Come on ENGLAND!"
Well.......it looks like Wilko has a Hell of a lot of kicking to do to get them out of this!
40 minutes to go I know but so far I reckon the only home side going further are wearing red. R

Did say earlier France couldnt be as bad as were against Tonga again but England could be as bad as they were against Scotland.
And thats whats happened so far.
Luckily for England yachevilli missing his kicks still gives them a chance 2nd half. |

If Martin was really shrewd he would have taken the whole team out through the back door and got to the airport really early then they could have got the best seats on the plane! mind you they most probrbly would miss the first bus!! what a shower of wankers! |

"Offer Francois Pienaar a rude ammount of money to sort the team out from the top someone who knows the game inside out. Listen to his summing up as he is very clued up!"
Agree on his knowledge, but call me old school but I feel the England team should be managed/coached by an Englishman |

"Got to love this bell end on the commenty!! 11 minutes left it can be done!!!! ever the optomist!"
and at just over 60 mins he said summat like:-
"what do France do now to secure the win?"
They shoot themselves in the foot so much it's a wonder they can walk, cos they sure as hell don't talk about the same games as I'm watching |

Best team won and we would have struggled against Wales if we had 'scraped through'.
Bit dissapointed that a team led by Johnno were so caught out in the first half, looked a bit lacking in leadership on the park.
Lol, a penny for Brian Morre's thoughts just now |

"Book stops with the manager im afraid. he selects the team and alternates them and motivates them or in this case doesn't "
I would bet money the players look at themseves...the last person they`ll look at is Johno.. |

It never ceases to amaze me just much the other 'Home' nations hate England.
Did I want Wales to win? Sure, my nan was Welsh and Wales are part of the UK, Ireland are not so they might as well have been Argentina for all I care about them.
With Scotland & England out I want Wales to win the tournament as I have bugger all else in common with any of the other countries left in it. |

Bokke for me as I have spent many years over there. Had two speeding tickets in my life and both from Wales, My nan was also Welsh but the two speeding tickets offset that so they can do one!! lol |

We dont hate England, we do however hate the arrogant English commentators we have to suffer who after Ireland beat Australia automatically had England in the final although they still had to finish off their group. But they saw the quarter final draw not as any 2 from England, Argentina & Scotland but England against France and either Scotland/Argentina against NZ (That was arragant as england had not shown themselves in the 6 Nations, in warm up games or against Argentina to be any great shakes.
After Scotland went out my allegiance shifted to Wales purely as have many friends ther built up through Rugby. |

what is going on? The three teams that have qualified for the semi-finals were all runners-up in the group stages does that mean the Argies will achieve the impossible and beat the All Blacks? |

well they struggled against the Scots so for me the writing was on the wall.
Lack of discipline and too many penalties gave the French a platform to build on before the tries. |

"Don't hate the English Washy, just don't like the English supercilious attitude of "we're the best and no-one can touch us""
That's only in the media sweetheart, as us true Englishmen know full well that we win sod all on the world stage - in anything - cept perhaps fly fishing! |

Well done to Australia for beating current World Champs South Africa, and with New Zealnad wiining against Argentina that sets up a southern hemisphere semi-final and a northern hemisphere semi-final in the other match between Wales and France.
Wales -v- New Zealand final I reckon, and as it's in New Zealand I can't see Wales beating them tbh. |

Well I for one felt sorry for the Boks today, always had a soft spot for them and would have loved to see them battle the All Blacks again.
All Blacks will be a different side against Oz next weekend as I don't think for one minute they have come to not be in the final |

Would be such an honour for us Welsh as a Nation to be on the field against the All Blacks in the final |
