If you have social meets, what do you usually do? In the past I have mostly meet them outside, like sitting on a green to have a chat or at the bus stop. I might next time have it in a coffee shop or have a nice walk on the beach |

"Depends on the person. I've met people at the British Museum, at a pub, at a park with our dogs, etc.
How are you today? "
Doing well. I feel like I'm missing some subtext to this post, though
I think you'd be good for a social at the British Museum. If you're around fab when I head to London to say goodbye to some people then maybe I'll propose the idea. |

"Coffee but now that I've been bouldering, I would try that if the lady doesn't mind "
That reminds me! We went to an indoor rock climbing gym on a social once, too. |

Yes, there was subtext. |

I think depends how long you have been chatting and getting on.
The last meet I had on here we met up for a dog walk, and honestly I think I spent more time playing her dog than I did talking to her :P
In general (not just fab) I've done ice cream parlour, bowling, museum, pub, bar, next one is shaping up to be KFC I think :P |

Cool, like an in transit social meet. Was she en route to another social meet via another bus route? |

Mostly coffee somewhere. Although my very first meet on here, on original profile, we went for a walk in a Forest, which is used by mountain bikers and hikers so is quite hilly.
At the end of the walk i felt like i was need of a lie down and my face was glowing red. He was a fast walker and even with my long legs i couldn't keep up. Never again!! |

"I had a social in a zoo. It was a place I knew like the back of my hand and therefore felt safe in and I figured at least we'd have plenty to look at if the conversation dried up!"
Ooh I’d love that! There isn’t one near me though. I tend to meet in one of the bars round the corner from my house or during the day, I use the ice cream parlour that’s also round the corner. |

"If there was a beach anywhere near me though, that would be by far my favourite place
"
Sounds like you need a visit to the "Essex Sunshine Coast"!
Beach and ice-creams aplenty here...
(Though for full disclosure, there is not a lot of sunshine at the moment) |

Bar or cafe, though I’ve had a lovely walk down the canal in the sunshine with coffee that he kindly provided. Even though I ordered a decaf, hazelnut, almond milk, extra dry cappuccino. With chocolate. Have to teach them early that I’m an awkward sod!
Next one, I want to do laser tag. Anyone up for laser tag? |

"Laser tag would be a laugh, get sweaty and breathless before you start anything else
Swimming would be good too, then if it’s not going well you could drown me "
Noooooo, all those men in their Paedos, sorry Speedos. |

Not in a swimming pool if there’s a chance of getting turned on |

I'd totally do laser tag, I already embarrassed myself with bowling, nearly hit the pins on our lane.
Once I managed to put the bumpers up and STILL miss every pin heheh. So laser quest could be fun |
