I was up and painting at 7:00

Probably more peaceful at that time

That's about spot on. The trouble is I hate decorating with a passion, but know I've gotta do it. That said, I've now earned the bacon butty and catch-up with a friend in town.

Was up at 7, doggo walked round the park, made pancakes for my boys - they're still in bed, I ate the pancakes.

Now thinking I shoukd hit the gym for a couple of hours to work them off.

I’m still in bed. I didn’t sleep well at all last night, I didn’t even fall asleep until after 4, not long after I dropped off my youngest got in with me after a nightmare. She is such a fidget

I've been up hrs, walked pooch and now preparing food. It's flipping cold today so can't be bothered to go to the gym. My bad. There's always tomorrow. Another day won't harm will it. I'll still be fat tomorrow!

In my defence, I have a hangover. But yes it was tea that made me move. I will also need food at some point.
