Anyone else nocturnal like me ? I can stay up all night but sleep all day. I’m laying here wide awake should be interesting when I’m doing 9-5 next week and up at 6.30. FML. |

My sleep pattern is all over the show at the minute. finished a job before christmas and now don't have anything to get up for. So I've gone nocturnal again. |

Im a student, so sleeping schedules are non existent, I just keep going until i fall into bed ?? should probably try and sort that out before I graduate  |

I wish I could get a full nights sleep, I can’t remember the last time I slept all the way through, I might as well have a baby the amount I’m up in the night, knowing my luck it will probably sleep better than me!
