Watching it right now. Keep getting distracted which isn't a good thing means it's not good enough to hold my attention. I'm a sci fi addict so would normally love this kinda thing |

Watched the 1st episode tonight - not sure about it - backdrop is very blade runner and matrix - some strands are a bit confusing, but, good actors, so, may be worth dipping into the 2nd episode - would recommend the sinner if any of you haven't seen it yet.. |

Just watched episode 2 - absolutely no clue what's going on - and don't think watching anymore will give any kind of clarity - think it's just style over substance |

I'm in the middle of a two documentary on deep sea squid....I don't have a fucking clue what's going on but I'm hoping in the next episode a giant squid pulls the boat under and eats David Attenborough |

I enjoyed it...it wasn’t amazing but a pretty decent watch. The end wasn’t as satisfying as I would have liked but I think I’d be checking out the sequel if one is ever made.
The VR torture freaked me out a tad...very fucked up stuff. |

"Loving it so far but it’s some heavy stuff. I daren’t blink in case I miss something important."
It’s all explained neatly....the murder mystery is little convoluted but the exceptional visuals coupled with the concepts (stacks/constructs/DHF/resleeving etc) made up for it IMO.
P.S I’d love an ONI! |

Ghost in the Shell is different but visually share the same BladeRunner heritage.
Hard to talk about Altered Carbon but it does develop many layers as time goes on.
Now need Netflix to commission another Caprica series |

I have watched all upto date episodes and I can say. The series is all about immortality brought on by science and the struggle to stay human. very philosophical views on the human mind. Lots of nakedness plenty of sex and action. Twists and turns to come for those that are still watching. |

"Ortega is my new crush and luckily they don’t shy away from the sex and nudity...
"
They certainly don't
Watched the entire season last week. I hanged in there after episodes 1 and 2 and it defo got better.
I think the end was good. Looking forward to more... Not gonna spoil it

Freaking love this show! Other half and I thought we’d just watch the first episode last Saturday morning with breakfast to see what it was like.
Finished by Saturday night.
The storyline is rich and complex, it manages to capture the essence of the books, the characters are wonderful. Yes. This series. Yes. |

That is quite a box set binge, I’m impressed |

I was thinking of starting it this evening, but unsure after the comments above. I had a few months without Netflix and have lost track of what was happening in The Expanse. I picked up Stranger Things from where I left off.
I feel A.C. may be too complicated for my brain at the moment, but I'm going to give it a go, I think. |

"It’s an interesting concept that is explored further in his other books - the personality being transferred between bodies fascinated me."
I’n hoping they work on his other books in subsequent seasons...that would be awesome. |

"Right! I'm going in!
See you on the other side.... make sure you back up your DHF! "
I'm filthy poor, not filthy rich.
I watched 1 episode before I fall asleep. I can just about remember the main characters' names; which is a good thing. I'm hoping it livens up a bit. |
