I read somewhere that of all species on Earth mankind is the only one not actually suited to life on earth, that we are the only creatures whom suffer with chronic Back issues (hmmm) that our bone structure is not dense enough for our atmosphere!
We are apparently more suited to the yearly cycle of mars?
Truth or buncom you debate |

That’s intellect not body structure
One thing I do know for a fact
The human bodies design is to last approx 35 years in our atmosphere, then it starts going wrong!!

Not annoying, no. I just worry that people put too much faith in false information. Discredits the hard scientific work people slave over.
Imagine being Buzz Aldrin and being confronted by a Moon Landing denier.. |

"Lol I know but don’t you find it’s fascinating
You should read about buzz Aldren
Interesting theories about him too
Lol"
I used to. I'm an Iraq veteran and got into conspiracy that way.. there are lots of facts hidden amongst the theory and some of it raises the hair on the back of my neck.
However, some of it is highly misleading and down right incorrect.
I'd rather have the truth than the ragings of a lunatic any day.
Ancient History is fascinating in its own right, you don't need to make stuff up about it to make it interesting.
If you want to learn something truly remarkable, I'd reccomend learning about the history of the Mongol Empire.
A nomadic people who nearly conquered all of Asia and Europe. Whom we learn NOTHING about in school. Make the Romans look like amateurs. |

"If we're not suited to life on earth we've done pretty well so far.
Have we though,I'm not so sure we have."
As far as survival goes. Although compared to other species we're lightweights I will agree.
Our effect on the planet is another story |

Poor diet leads to poor bones. Animals get skeletal problems too, but survival of the fittest sort them out. Except for the ones we keep as pets and either breed deformities into, or keep alive with medication. |

I read a science piece about how humans aren’t suited for earth and it was pretty interesting
One of the points was about how our spinal structure wasn’t suited for earths gravity |

"We have back problems because we walked on all fours and then we stood upright. And wore shoes. " .
And then we invented chiropractors which is another load of bullshit that people "believe" in |

I've always been partial to the aquatic ape theory.
Explains why we are (relatively) hairless apes, standing upright, with good breath control and big brains (omega 3 oils from seafood) |

More the waterside model, where an early ancestor foraged for food on the shoreline, learning to walk upright whilst wading, lost body hair, but retained head hair, distribution of body fat, learnt basic tools such as using rocks to open shellfish.
I know its generally derided by professional anthropologists. |
