Yep! We had a guy at work who stunk, our boss went out and bought him a wash kit!

It worked, he even got a haircut and had a shave!

We made our boss tell him by refusing to work with him until he'd been told. That's what managers are for.

I'd get someone who's more tactful than myself to tell them. Delegation

Now that’s a touchy subject to approach but needs to be delt with quickly, go to your management or if your in a position to say so pull the person to the side and deal with it in a way that the person knows it has to be issued and also that your safe guarding anyone else saying to them about it that might get out of hand.

Yes... I have.

Take them to one side and have a polite friendly chat.

They might not be aware..

We have a lad at our place who absolutely stinks! He keeps his work clothes at work. And we have never seen him take them home to wash them. T-shirt and trousers. You can imagine the smell! The locker rooms stinks!. Our manager is aware of it but doesn't do or say anything.... I mentioned it again after Xmas as he carried on wearing them. So boss ordered everyone new work clothes as he didn't know how to approach him about it hahahaha
