Think of something she enjoys walking dancing shopping etc find a place you have not been before where you can indulge daytime, find a nice hotel good resteraunt where you can relax, flirt and compliment her all night then retire to your room for some fun.
You could invite a couple or your choice of people to join you and make it a night to remember :/) |

Try looking at mr & mrs smith website for hotel inspiration or you could try one of the Crazy Bear hotels - I'd be over the moon if I was taken to one of them for a weekend!  |

My wife took us skydiving for her 40th - she wanted to prove to herself she wasn't past it! 
For both our last birthdays we stayed at one of the Hallmark Hotels, they have some cracking good deals if you book direct. We had sparkling afternoon tea, evening meal, bed & breakfast for around £120 total. |
