I have two strange issues going on with my phone.
I wondered maybe somebody might be able to advise me how to solve them.
The first one is when I go to edit some text I have written the cthere, will often jump into the middle of a completely new place and start typing there it does it loads of times and it's very very frustrating.
I have no idea why does it.
The other issue is when my phone rings and I answer it, at the same time as answering it Spotify always starts to play, so I have to pause the phone call stop Spotify and go back to the call. No idea what's going on, can anybody assist me please?

I'm having issues with my Samsung j5, it jumped all over the place,then rang my new FWB when I was on a broken down bus this morning.
I looked it up on internet when I got in and I think I need to do a factory reset to clear corrupt cached data.
Maybe you need to factory reset your phone OP

It's an Android, a Lenovo P2. One of the forumites has kindly helped me know about the music thing. It's actually a glitch with Spotify Premium. The other thing I really have no idea but I have rebooted my phone. |
