"It was going ok after a couple of hours but I ended up breaking down like I feared I would and nearly ended up leaving early. I ended up getting upset and had to let out what had been eating away at me at the back of my mimd since the beginning of last year. After I let it out, I had a cry and felt better after that. Didn't get to play as much but I was glad to be with friends who have supported me That’s good that you got it all out, and that you recognised the signs. But it goes to show that you’ve come a long way and have friends who’ll support you through the bad times. It wasn’t as bad as you thought it was going to be, and you’ve done incredibly well to go and get through the night x Yeah. What was eating at me that I tried to ignore in the past year was the pain I went through at Christmas and that harsh email I was sent sometime after. I did my best to not let it get to me but sometimes it eats away at me bringing me down making me feel worthless and nonexistent Well she sent that to make herself feel better, by making you out to be a bad person she shifted the blame for everything onto you. And she knew you’d feel as though it was your fault, so rude above it and know that you are in a much better place now. Hopefully now it’s out you can put it behind you and get on with your life x " Yeah. I can and I will put it behind me as not doing so would let her win which is what I don't want | |||
