Im crying a leg off here ,just had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered from my eldest .When I phoned to thank him and ask him why he said because I love you.

I just got a text from the mother of a child, thats in the same class as my son.....her daughter was telling her how all the other boys in her year, use bad words, except my lad.....And this mother wanted to let me know what a lovely lad he is........kinda makes you proud.......dear knows how he turned out so well, with me as the father lol!!

aww thats lovely.. mine just emptied a packet of Weetabix all over my kitchen floor. Im sure it was her way of saying she loves me :D

its lovely when your kids do something like that. my lad phones 3/4 times a wk to see how i am and always tells me he loves me. he calls me his duchess has done since he was 14 (18 now). my daughter still makes me cards and pictures to say she loves me and she is 12.

my eldest phones me often and always asks me to phone him back. He's abroad and often spends over an hour chatting!

My son isnt a man of many words and rarely gives compliments. When we went out for his birthday last week he said

"you look stunning mum" I waited 21 years for him to say that.

That is lovely moody cow, dont think callum knows what flowers are lol. Good job jay gets me some every week

My son showed me how to use a laptop and he buys me a big bunch of flowers or chocolates for my birthday and xmas. Im lucky because he doesnt buy presents for anyone else.

Aww that's lovely. My youngest is 20 on Monday she's just finished giggling at me like she did when she was two and I was making funny faces for her.

The cause of her hilarity? Me trying to use her hula hoop.

I did get a hug and a well done though.
