Useless fact for you. Did you know that duvet design is best utilised when naked. You use your body heat to warm up the air that's in your duvet. Making it warmer for you during the night. Wearing PJ's traps your body heat between you and the duvet, preventing it from warming up as quickly.

It's not a useless fact,I knew that about sleeping bags,but not about duvets. Does having a duvet cover on make a difference though?

It would be a hard habit to get out off as I like my cosy pj's

If I'm cold I'll wear a top in bed, because I end up with the duvet off my arms but I cannot stand my legs being covered in bed.

Naked is the best way plus it's good to let your skin breathe

Nope I like to wear a cami top and knickers or shorts...what if you have to leave the house in a rush? Stark naked standing out in the cold...MrP likes to sleep knocked tho, he thinks I’m weird!

Always used to sleep naked however Katie has discovered nighties...... got 4 now, a pink and a black babydoll with matching panties, a leopard print satin one with cream lace trim that is longer than the baby dolls, and a long black satin one from marks and Spencer’s which I treat Katie to for Christmas, just love wearing nighties now so feminine and sexy

Same here. Even when I'm camping, I have to get the thermals off as soon as I've warmed up! I feel a bit claustrophobic otherwise.
