I’ve not watched it yet - but will! - but it does make you realise how small and insignificant we are in our own little corner of our own galaxy, let alone the universe as a whole.
It’s mind blowing just how big the universe is and where it all came from!

You just need to look out of your window in a clear night and you can see there are millions of stars out there. Most of them are so far away, that with the fastest means of travel we can muster... It would still take millions of years to get there.
