"So who trains in the gym more than 3 times a week?? "
I train at the gym Monday, Wednesday and Friday plus... I cycle the ten miles (each way) to work and back Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
I train for general fitness and the cycling is my primary sport so I'm not concerned with bulk, only functional strength.

"Hahaha! Op you've put new pics up, I hope that it's you this time
This place cracks me up
Peach x"
Well, it's most definitely not the same person as the previous photos.
Totaly different muscle definition, shape & tone... My professional opinion |

"I train 6 days a week - twice a day once it gets closer to my season. Not always in the gym though - usually 3 or 4 gym visits with S&C and indoor swimming. "
Keep it up you'll be solid |

I'm in recovery after massive shoulder surgery.
Pre-injury-pre-surgery I was 5-6 days. Approx 20 hours, some days was twice a day, a cardio session and a weights session, or gym based and specialist gear based session. I was just gearing up for my first strongman comp (only serious amateur not pro or anything) as I had my injury :/
Post-injury-pre-surgery, 3-4 days a week but only about 7-8 hours towards the end.
Post-surgery, now I'm just ramping up to 3-4 days about 10 hours.

"I've recently joined a gym and going 3 times a week. I definitely feel much fitter already. I'm enjoying the view as much as the exercise "
The view is as much my motivation as staying alive...3 times a week, same routine of running, stretching and weights/resistance machines each time.. |
