Stats shows Seven million Britons don’t brush their teeth regularly with many going few days before they pickup tooth brush. Do you brush your teeth before meet? |

Brush teeth at least twice daily and use interdental brushes once a day. I do sometimes forget last thing at night though. My mouth feels horrible if I don't brush.
I'm surprised that many people don't brush at least daily |

a quick gentleman’s wash (a swill under a tap) of the old clockweights and pop in a tic tac and the jobs a good ‘un!
But seriously! Hygiene is no.1 priority for a meet - not only for me but for those I meet! Clean teeth and fresh breath - mouthwash always to hand! |

"3 to 4 times a day. After food I always brush. "
How soon after food? If too soon it's pointless as it causes more harm than good.
Brushing your teeth too frequently is as bad as not enough. |

I think the best advice is not to brush immediately before engaging in sexual activity where any bodily fluids could come into contact with your mouth - even small cuts on the gum could pass on infection!
Brush 60 - 90 mins before then mouthwash nearer the time of you want to be minty fresh at the outset! |

Ask your dentist! I'm sure you probably go at least once per month if you're that paranoid about your dental health? |

Add to that not eating things that can cause small cuts/abrasions, like crisps.

Yes. Apparently the acid in the food is freshest after you eat, so brushing directly after eating helps the acid ruin your teeth. |

I carry a spare toothbrush and paste with me, but have been guilty of coming straight in ruined from work, straight to bed and not washing my face, brushing teeth or anything. Getting better now. |
