Lunch a salad wrap
Dinner cooked from scratch but usually involves chilli's fresh fish or meat don't really do carbs so rice pasta potatoes etc are a rare treat
Aldi and Lidl are my first choice supermarkets
Plus I fish and other meats can be free rabbits pheasant and squirrels  |

Ive started cooking everything from scratch - and its coming in around £80 a week for 2 adults, a 16, 14, 10 and 9 yr old plus a large breed mongrel - that includes cleaning products and personal care products. |

But if you have a garden and don't mind a few bees helping your garden post a message on a farming site lots of bee keepers want new places to put hives and they give you a share and you don't have to do anything that's what my mum did |
