Don't know whether it's tragic but got it ready and used it as my wedding car. Trying to get it ready to drive to divorce haha.

Our sons bedroom - knocked a wall out and installed built in bunk beds - the ceiling is cracked and covered in something which means you can't paint it so that needs replacing, and their walls need reskimming and painting.

The toilet needs replacing(had the replacement 2yrs!), room needs retiling and painting along with the small hallway between the toilet and bathroom.

The stairs need recarpeting and decorating where the new wall has gone in for the boys room, the ceiling there needs replacing too.

The fireplace was amended to have a log burner instead of an open fire and needs some plaster around it and decorating.

The kitchen needs an overhaul an all.

I could keep a team of builders/decorators busy for a month I reckon haha but poor hubby gets my moans instead.

i have a notebook - page a room and made a list of all that needs doing - im limited to what i can do so the larger jobs like roof, front drive, are all jobs in waiting - but breaking down the jobs into small ones and putting that line through it when its done is quite satisfying - every so often i walk around and add soemthing -

Front room, got the ceiling papered and painted and a new light screwed up but seem to have come to a roadblock. I need to plaster in the new wiring and fit some new skirting boards and then paper and paint the woodwork and walls..

i find once i start i just keep going though - i had my bedroom to decorate once the kids went to uni as of course i always put my stuff last after theirs - after starting my room i ended up painting the hall stairs landing, 2 bathrooms and then went back to finish mine -

Pretty much everything in the house is half done. I'm more of a gardener though, so as long as outside looks good I'm happy

Sorting out the garage.

Though if anyone from the insurance company asks, there really is enough room to park my car in it every night!
