Yes last night I was silly and got suckered in
A lady was posting looking for someone to go to a club with, I thought it's Friday Night, it's quiet "why not"
A conversation was struck up and all going well. However she was reluctant to give out her number, which I think is understandable as I could be anyone.
So she gave me the postcode of where to pick her up, approx 40 mins drive away but on the way to the club.
I don't txt and drive, get there, no lady, not replying to messages on here and has out her status 2 mins ago back to looking for someone to take her to the club!
What a numpty eh! So all in all just under 2 hrs driving on a Friday night, still at least i got a maccy d's at the drive thru on the way home!  |

Nothing is concrete. But we’d want to exchange numbers and chat for a meet like that. She was after all expecting a favour of you. One common thing i see on here are single guys accepting unequal conditions. Don’t!! You are as good as the other person so always play on a level playing field. |

Sorry to hear that. It was probably some sad bloke on a wind up.
I agree it's fair enough a woman not giving her number to a stranger but it that situation I would ask her to phone you and withold the number. If they refuse to do that, it's almost certainly fake. |

Shame you got messed around can understand people not giving out numbers, but you can still use various apps to verify if someone is who they say they in this day and age ie kik skype snapchat etc..
Too many wierdos and fakes out there who ruin fab for genuine people. |

Sorry to hear that OP that is not cool at all.
Not surprised because people have posted many times on similar situations they been in. These things are happening on a regular basis on here.
It is not easy to tell sometimes what the persons true intentions are because even the well verified do it. |
