It is breast cancer awareness month so just please make sure you check yourselves folks....
As a survivor wouldn't want anyone else to go thru all that, so look after yourselves and just be aware of your breasts or even better get your partner to check  |

we have a small breast cancer charity that my friend started up, ive never done the physical side like walks but we have balls and meals and raffles ect. Raised well over £5000 so far this year. My great grandma and grandma and auntie all had their breasts off so im pretty good at checking myself |
