Seen people saying “green arrow” as if it’s a bad thing, what’s it mean?

If you click on it..it takes you to threads that person has commented on.

People most often tend to refer to the green arrow when it *is* a bad thing - when using that function reveals a history of inflammatory and/or offensive posts for example.
