I totally agree, the Mrs. is not a Fall fan, but I have been over the years.
His autobiography and the Hip Priest bio from Mark Ford are essential reading.
I remember seeing him in Donny Town centre mid -late 90's and saying hello to him, and him asking; 'Ave you got tickets for tonight's show cock?
I had, and I took a new-ish girlfriend to the gig, after which she promptly dumped me.
