Does anyone use them. Im thinking of using them instead of salt. Just wondered if anyone else uses them

Instead of salt. Apparently you can hardly tell the difference and so much better than salt

i just use lo salt, 66% less sodium, rarely use that when cooking anyway

ive just googled and might try and get hold of them :D

on 3.5% of the sodium compared to 40% that cooks use :D

can only be a good thing :D

Dartford

A friend of a friend raved about Spiruleina- some sort of blue green algae powder. That tastes a bit like sea and is packed with vitamins and minerals and is supposed to be the new superfood.

Might be worth a go....
