Anyone a wrestling fan?

I’ll be up late watching the 25th Anniversary episode of Raw tonight, who’s joining me?

Yeah I'll be watching it tomorrow night. So that means I have to stay off social media tonight to avoid spoilers.

And then it's my favourite event of the year at the weekend. Royal Rumble, my mates and I have booked the next day off work so we can watch it live

*SPOILERS!*

Well it was a pretty lacklustre night. A couple of high spots with Miz winning the IC belt and sadly Undertaker’s retirement, but overall it seemed the night was just “hey look who it is!” segments.

This was supposed to be the big one, the episode that will get new and returning eyes on the product and I hardly think Heath & Rhyno vs Titus Worldwide and Cena’s 5 Moves of Doom is gonna keep people tuning in.

Also, the Rumble is on Sunday and barely a mention of it! My favourite PPV usually has weeks of build up, superstars cutting promos about how they are entering the match and want to go on to main event Wrestlemania... where was that??

I’ll watch on Sunday, but think I might skip Raw next week...

Yeah but he’d left his gloves in the ring the year before so everyone thought THAT was his retirement too.

Plus there were rumours circulating that they were going to do Cena vs Taker as a retirement match for both men

I was disappointed when Asuka threw Mickie James, Bayley and Sasha over the top rope, that the announcers didn't proclaim "if that happens this Sunday they'd be eliminated"

Rumours abound even though The Deadman retired, The American Badass hasn't

Quite enjoyed the DX spot

Who's your pick for the women's Royal Rumble? I'm going with either Asuka or Ronda Rousey.....either way they'll be the last 2 and go on to feud at Mania
