I wish I could wear higher heels for occasions.
My knees hurt or balls of feet go numb,get calf cramp.
Any advice welcome....
Where to start.
I prefer strappy to closed. No peep toes.

All mine have a platform so the actual size of the heel is less than it looks but they still look great...plus for some reason a platform helps with pain in the balls of the feet a bit. |

I can’t wear stilettos no more neither. Wedges or block heels are better for me though I have been looking at them with the platform and a bit too high heel x |

calf cramp will lessen the more you wear heels or practice walking on tip toes , wider fit heels and shoes with a pad on the insole, may be a bit more expensive but 1 decent pair beats 5 ok pairs. I have about 30 pairs of shoes but only wear 2 regular, both new look how high do you want and what size ? |
