Lost my cousin today. May His Dear Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.

Any advice on overcoming the pain or do i just need to ride it out and let loose the tears?

I usually listen to music that makes me remember good memories of the person

I lost my cousin just over a year ago I felt numb for ages but being around other family (all the other cousins got together because they thought none of us should be on our own that night) the aunts and uncles were together and we were all just sitting and toasting to him and laughing it felt wrong to laugh but it helped a lot
