I guess it depends on the size of the tattoo, mine are really small so didn't have time for irritation or pain to kick in.

I find its all about mood as well like if am fucked off I can't normal sit a few hours when happy I can go for ages longs I've seat was 8 hours to tattooist on me at the same time was on my back |

I enjoyed having my sternum tattooed. My ribs, not so much. Still need to get them finished but finding it hard to get the enthusiasm. It did take 4 hours though before I had to tap out, so I don't think that's bad for ribs. |

My thigh was stingy, not sure I'd call it a turn on at the time. That said I do love the way it makes me feel when I look at it. It's something pretty and sexy and it's part of me.
At times when I don't really like my body, that helps |

Missus loves it but I hate it! But to be fair my very first tat was a large chest piece (had several now though) I now use numbing cream from China off fle bay its brilliant! Though after 4hrs the pain rushes in |
