So as a young bisexual single guy I have a few things to say on this subject.
I’ve got no problem falling in love with someone - of either sex - and getting married. Whether that’s with a woman or a man. Problems arise when men who aren’t 100% straight enter into marriages (I’ve no doubt they love their partners) but then feel they can’t tell their other half that they’ve got these other sexual desires and needs.
A lot of bi men - even ones who are out - are fearful of whether a potential partner would be able to handle occasionally fulfilling those same-sex desires and what not.
These days a lot of young couples are being a lot more liberal and open about these things and I’ve no doubt if I fell in love with a woman that we could have conversations about it and see what might work and similarly if I fell in love with and married a man... it’s all about communication and being comfortable. |
