Okra.
Asparagus.
Never tried either but feel they may be too slimy for my palette.
There are some strange looking vegetables displayed outside our local shops I don't like the look of. I like most green leafy veg. |

What's the texture of asparagus?" well its not slimy..it should be soft enough to bite on, but not too soft or its tasteless..imagine a very thin broccoli stem, its a bit like that in texture |

I love most veg...Christ sake I wrote vag first but I like mine just right, none of this boiling the life out of it! I don’t care much for broad beans though but will still eat them.

Should be able to snap it after its been cooked. Same with most veg. That way that veg still has the nutritional values in it aswell |

"Celery. Apparently we are predisposed to either love or hate it though.
If you have a certain gene it tastes bitter, if you don't it doesn't. "
I put it in casseroles and gravy but it's the stringy texture I don't like and the raw taste of it. |

"Aubergine. Just can't stand the stuff. And I'm not a big fan of fennel because I don't like aniseed."
Aubergine. Deep fried and dressed in honey are the only way I will eat it but by then it could be anything |

I think that’s the same for sprouts too. |
