I have been noticing an influx of people I first spoke to 20 years ago in the yahoo groups days.
I was talking to someone who used to use the old mail order Scottish Swingers mag.
What was your channel for swinging before websites like fab? |

I was on a few yahoo groups but never met anyone. I’ve only met off other t’internet sites like this in the last few years and will hopefully eventually meet off here too! |

Back in days of yore, I used to meet people via a magazine called Rendezvous, which was a bit sleazy but that kind of added to the fun.
You had to figure out who to contact based on a tiny black and white photo and a sentence of description, then post off replies to the mag in separate envelopes, each of which had to also contain a self-addressed envelope so people could reply. You also had to send a photo and a (hand written, obviously) letter.
It was a LOT more work than Fab, and makes me laugh at the people who moan about how hard it is to get a meet here 
The thrill of seeing one of my SAEs come back in the post a few weeks later was amazing - even if (usually) it just contained my original letter with 'thanks but not for me' scrawled across the top!
Those were the days - I was young and had much more hair and much less belly |

The Altavista chatrooms got me interested and mIRC chatrooms #fuckmywife was my first experience of meeting....then Yahoo, then MSN then AF, then SH, then here |
