Good evening Friends Fabbers and Forumites.
What a simply splendid day off . Pooch and I have had some wonderful walks . He's met some.splendid pals and played, always a pleasure to watch.
We topped up the bird feeders and were rewarded but a myriad of colour and song.
I received some jolly messages from a good friend and we had a vanilla chuckle .
So my day has been simply glorious. Topped off with a nice glass of red and good music .
So chums please share what's made you smile today ?

Those expensive shoes I liked being reduced by 75%, now gleaming in the corner
The coastal breeze, my dogs attempts to coerce me to the shoreline so she could swim
An email from my child
A chat with an old friend

The fact I’ve been on a downhill slump for the past few months but today I gutted the bedroom, tidied my dressing table and actually wore makeup to work. I also remembered to eat lunch! The little things in life |

Not bullying per say and yes it does take courage but she found it and felt better for saying...don’t take the *unt out of me...which is why I smiled...( butter wouldn’t normally melt in her mouth) |

Our autistic 10 year old son coming home from his after school club wearing the cardboard box he had turned into a robot suit..he even drew a transformers sign on the front. |

2 things...
Not waking up alone started my day off with a huge smile
Then a call this afternoon from my youngest sons school to say what an amazing week he's had.
Worked hard, made some excellent choices & went out of his way to help another pupil who was struggling with his work.
My son has severe ADHD & ASD. |

Work was bearable and I feel I might just be able to build on the recent better times.
I had a lovely message on here from someone new. I know that’s a bit cheesy, but, as a bloke it’s kinda brightens up your day .
Met a friend I’ve not seen for far too long and put the world to rights...it’s gonna be alright, people  . |
