Should I send some knickers to a soldier thats just mailed me from Afghanistan or shall I keep em to myself

SEND
Sorry but its a real pick up to get something like that when your miles away from home. Not your best pair and put perfume on or..... well lets say it will perk him up and its not a big ask.

I remember seeing an ad asking for used panties...
Used to go to Marks and Sparks get a pack of 4 for a fiver and rub em up the dogs err.. 20 quid a pair lol..

Its not the same I know, but I served in Bosnia, the guys in Afghanistan are having a much, much tougher time than I did, and anything personal was a huge boost.
I was married at the time, so anything of this nature was done by my wonderful wife, but the singlies did write to ladies via penpal ads in mags, and got some great stuff sent to them. Admittedly some of the guys were a bit crude when they got it (soldiers, crude, surely not!!! I hear you cry lol!), but the effect on moral was tremendous.
Anything you can do to remind the guys out there that we are all thinking about them, and appreciating the major sacrifices they are making (sometimes the ultimate sacrifice) must be a good thing.
Some of these guys are on their first tour, barely 18 years old, and fighting a determined, battle-hardened enemy for the paltry sum of 18,000 pounds a year..... would you do it? |

They can use em for whatever they like as long as it puts a smile on their face for a while and makes them feel worth while then im happy to know ive made a difference to someones day |

Ok ladies I have the address of the soldier
If you want to send him some undies, pics or a bit of a nice or naughty message and put a smile on his face and make his other soldier mates wonder how the feck he managed it then pm me and ill pass it on to you |
