So I've just had a message on a dating, apparently being serious, to date me, from leeds and him from truro! And saying I'm a time waster because i don't think its feasible.
He looks nice and I'd be interested if he was closer.
What would you do? |

It’s a long way to go, some people make it work but I wouldn’t want to. I’d feel it would come to a point where you’d want to move in together.

The hubby used to work away for long periods of time, however we still lived together etc, I know it’s different to your situation but the being apart bit was easy enough to cope with. |

If he says you're a time waster just because you're questioning the distance, I wouldn't be impressed.
If someone wants to travel that far for a meet, I have alarm bells ringing anyway. Surely there are people nearer by (but then, I suppose you are talking about Truro. Might be no one nearby at all and he's keen to get away for a few days).
I don't know what the chemistry is like between you though. You 2 might be a perfect match and if it's a weekend visit, you hit it off, it'll be well worth the journey. Make sure he does the journey first though, in case he's the time waster x |
