Well I’m currently on the outskirts of London in the central line and if someone flashed I’m almost certain it would be either nobody or everyone could see

It is actually very naughty and safe because your in control of the situation. If someone sit opposite you who isn’t a preplanned swinger then you (and the other person) get off and get on another train/empty carriage.

Covert and visible camera recording as well as undercover staff operating. If there were recent reports of sexual offences, staff may seemingly show openness to others, so don't assume that anyone is consenting to anything. |
