Sometimes, in the middle of winter, a lot of things can feel terrible. The lack of sunlight can be a real problem.
Have you thought about writing down all your thoughts, fears & worries in a letter to your partner? Or maybe go out together for the day/ evening, but not a fab meet?

Especially at 4am Drew...not many people you can call at that time. Hope you can see a way forward in the hours, days, weeks ahead. Many of us have been through similar situations in the past and come out the other side. “These times will pass” is one of my mantras for these moments in my life.

Mixed feelings this morning. Part "Oh shit I did the d*unken post thing" but also a re-affirmation of my faith in human nature. Thank you for the sage words and kind thoughts. The situation we are in is not unique to us and we will get through it one way or another. I definitely need to stop bottling things up and avoid bottles too while I'm about it. |
