Morning people!
My little human normally has me up at half 6ish in a morning, but this morning my mum has offered to take him this morning so i can sleep....
However i cannot for the life of me now nod back off to sleep!
Who else is awake when they should be fast-a-snoozing?? |

When I'm night shift I can't sleep but when I finish my last shift and only want to sleep for a few hours I'm out for the count and end up losing a day. It's so annoying. Would kill for a 9 to 5 sometimes x |

Body clocks are a pain but, In some ways good too.
Mine always wakes me up between 6 and 6.30 but, I know if I manage the fluke of lying in, it will start to disrupt the cycle later down the line.
Sadly, always having he same sleep cycle is a good thing |

Me. It's the weekend and I was up at 5am!
Weekday routine starts then and regardless to alarms body clock overrides everything.
Joys of being an early riser |
