Right..... I need to put my big girl pants on!
For the past 3 or 4 years I've helped run a youth club with my friend. It used to be fun but now I hate it. The kids are awful and I spend my Friday evening shouting at kids that aren't mine and picking up after them which drives me mad!
I need to tell her I don't want to do it but it's hard because she's my friend and I know it will upset her! I nerd my big girl pants!

You can do it. If she doesn’t understand then she’s not thinking of your needs and the fact it’s upsetting you
