I’m not at work today so I’m making salt and pepper chicken with noodles.

I have Wilma over for the weekend, so it's house special, Old English Cottage Pie, home cooked none of this prepared muck.
500 Grms lean beef mince in a rich beef gravy.
1 medium onion.
1 tsp of horseradish puree.
1 chopped green pepper.
pea's and sweetcorn.
diced carrot/s
topped with creamed potato's and cheese.
served with a glass of chilled crisp Hock.

Currently, homemade Thai curried cauliflower and coconut soup garnished with crispy smoked bacon bits and drizzled with garlic/chilli infused olive oil. |
