Hello.

Can anyone recommend a good app as a way of securing pics in my phone that I can put into a secure folder but don't have to upload to a cloud or pay any subscription to?

Or any other suggestions thanks.

Safe lock. The free version works just fine.

The iPhone's built-in Note app has a password / fingerprint lock function. Although it doesn't have folders you can copy and paste into it and if you wish the notes can be saved in your iCloud.

Other than that the free Photo Vault app is good.

If you’re on iPhone I use an app called safety photo and video

You can add a pin or use Face ID

We always use this for our naughty photos
