She looks to me like someone who is deeply uncomfortable in her own skin. Confidence is one of the things that can make people attractive regardless of whether or not they have conventional "good looks".

Well I have kind of a thing for grey hair, rather sexy indeed.

Theresa also does power dress to influence the suits around her, that’s another attractive trait. I admire her feminity.

However, as time passes and we all get to know her more, that attraction fades.

So I’ll decline.
