More substance to your write up would help, as well as a more flattering profile pic? I'm not one to look first at pics, but many are, and it's good to show your best side.

You've only been here 3 weeks, put more effort into describing yourself and what you want and have to offer, and give it time.

More pics more on the about you and who you want to meet. Get yourself to a club or organised social and get verified in person. Lastly give it time as pie says you’re still on early days. Lots of guys wait weeks maybe months for a meet. Good luck OP
