Insomnia and a sore shoulder has woken me up at silly o'clock. So, a sensible person would try to go back to sleep. Which is why I am here...

What's your excuse?

"What music is relaxing "

For me, when I want to sleep, it is classical music. Other times it can be Blues, MoS etc.

In an experiment, a man once stayed underground in a cave, sleeping when he was tired and getting up when he woke. Oddly, he reverted to a 25-hour day. It's always easy to stay up an extra hour and that's probably why people hate alarm clocks so much.
