I have sun damage on my nose and as a result have to use moisteriser every day. The issue being that it seems to be giving me spots something I've never suffered with.
Any advice on best one to use. I'm currently using a simple one as they seem to have minimal other ingredients in them. |

Speak to your gp or ask to see a dermatologist is where you'll get the best advice.
Most over the counter stuff is full of muck that won't help.
Suppose you could try bio oil or coconut oil but if it's due to bad sun damage I would seek professional help.

La roche-posay cicaplast b5 cream is pretty good.
So are ones designed for babies, like nappy rash stuff.
You also need to apply it properly. You need to wash your face, you need to dab your face dry, but while still "moist" apply the cream. Even just a splash of water before applying would be good. |
