Suggestions how I can dispose of my mattress?

My kingsize mattress is completely fucked for want of a better word. Collapsed on one edge so new one coming next week. They don’t take old one away. I’m thinking of just looking for a skip nearby and becoming one of those dodgy undercover skip fillers. Other suggestions welcome, the madder the better.

Get a sharp knife and cut all the fabric and stuffing off, chuck in bin, put springs out for scrap metal guys

Or upcycle the springs x

My bed was taking away as came with 15 years guarantee .so was exchanged no problem .

Iceland, but Aldi is closer..

Advertise it on Shpock or similar for free.

There are people that recycle the material, foam and metal.

Or check online, some local councils will collect for free.
