Ask pharmacist for a good decongestant, the kind you can't get off the shelf. I used Contac recently after several days of sinus headache, bloody revelation! Also, what are your weekend plans? |

I suffer with this a lot. Whenever my family get colds i always get this but usually suffer through with Sudafed etc. I will ask the pharmacist today! Thank you so much x |

A bowl of hot water with a tablespoon of vix and head under a towel, steaming the sinus
Then put vix on temples, throat, nose and between eyes and on chest and feet
Then have as chicken and sweet corn soup with as much chilli oil you can take in
Take 2 flu capsules get sleep |
