I’m a insomniac so never sleep more than a few hours at a time always seem to be awake between 2.30 and 5 for some reason. Been diagnosed 10 years ago but didn’t like the sleeping tablets so it’s cat naps during the day

I can sleep for Britain during the daylight hours, night time though i pop awake and want to go do stuff..been the same as long as i can remember. Roll on sunrise so i can get some shuteye!

Know that feeling I usually have 3 hours at night 3 mid morning can never sleep more than 4 hours in a row x

I struggle all the time, I can’t remember the last time I fell asleep at a reasonable hour and stayed asleep until my alarm goes off.
