I’m tempted to try as starting slimming world today so will fit in nicely with that, although have my best friends party at the end of the month so can’t do that dry. Have 2 bottles of gin and I don’t like unflavoured gin so I figure If I infuse it now then come end of jan it will be perfectly drinkable

Good thinking, Mrs
Nothing better than a long, cool glass of G&T. |

If you’re anything like me, you’ll use your syns for alcohol lol!! A large gin or vodka is 6 syns & a slimline tonic is free (although be careful as feverfree is ‘low cal’ and not free like Schweppes!). You can bank your syns for the week & use them at a weekend!
I’ve lost almost 2 stone (less the Xmas damage, weigh in tomorrow ) so you can do it & still lose
Happy to assist if you need a brain to pick! x |

Thank you I did it in 2016, lost 4 stone met the mr and got comfortable. Then I had some bad news at the end of 2017 so went from not eating for 2 weeks to eating and drinking everything in sight so piled on the pounds. I’m usually a wine drinker but have the taste for flavoured gin at the moment and as it’s lower synned even better. I’ll drop you a pm if that’s ok? X |

I'm aiming for a dryish January.
I have a couple of nights out planned, so may possibly drink on those.
But considering my weekly gin consumption keeps the local distillery in business,2 nights is bloody good
I also smoked my last fag on NYE afternoon, my body may go into shock without a drink all month! |
