We use Windows 8.1 so it's not letting us get any further than the initial log in page and is taking forever to respond to anything we type in.  |

You need to very specific here, you can boot to Windows, you then log in but it then does not respond and load Windows ? Or you can boot to windows, you then log in and Windows loads but does not respond to any keyboard input ? |
