I've started the day with a lovely lie in.
We were planning to go for a long walk nipping into the pub for a quick drink but it's pissing down here! Talking about going to see Jumanji maybe....if the cinema is open.

I’m compiling a reading list.
I’m going to finish The Handmaid’s Tale in front of the fire.
I’m going to catch up on The Archers on the wireless.
I’m going to bake my birthday cake ready for tomorrow.

Kids still asleep, I’ve just woke up (well I was awake at half eight and did some washing up lol), no actual plans just slobbing around enjoying Ads last day off.

I'm hugging my dogs watching the rain reading text books.. bet you didn't think I could read txting someone who alwsys brightens up my day and perving on fab.

Taking down the decorations and watching Tom and Jerry with my small person not a bad way to spend the afternoon.

I planned on doing as little as possible, so far I've cleaned up about 14kg of dog shite, took said dog for a walk - it pissed down half way, changed a tyre on Mrs Tuths car and had a perve on here. Only one of the above was enjoyable.. Happy New Year |

Up, trimmed the 'I look like I live on a park bench' beard then went for take out coffee (Ethiopian with strawberry and cream notes apparently). Took the camera to the beach where I photographed some concrete seats with beautiful inscriptions on them. I sat for a while. The shingle was wet but that was ok.
Now back home and just time for a cold roast beef sandwich before I venture out on a raspberry pilgrimage for my son who lands in a couple of hours.

Tidy up after last night.
Glitter and party poppers everywhere 
Walk the pooch (just off to do that now)
Back, put a lot of the Xmas clutter away.
Cook a beef dinner for the boys.
Second walk, home, TV and relax.
