Ah no! I don’t think you can. It’s why Fab asks you to confirm before you delete.
If you get a reply to a message you should see the thread you had before. |

Oh if you were in the middle of a conversation though you can see the message you deleted by viewing the thread in your sent messages. |

That's where I went wrong - I thought I was deleting sent messages... Damn 
Well it will have to be a fresh start if I can't get them back... Hopefully be able to attend to them quicker too... |

that was my only thought to at least see who the messages were from - maybe look at the who has looked at you list - or any list - click on them and see when or if they messaged you and then message and explain |

I did that by mistake once, used to the mobile site, didn't pay proper attention while I was on my laptop and boom, gone. I couldn't get them back but it was strangely liberating. |
